Ultimately, the answer depends on your unique campaign—but there could be a few potential reasons for this: 

You are in a competitive area and/or have a limited budget: 

In this scenario, there are two options for bidding: 

1. You can bid to be at the top of the page (in which case you may spend your entire budget on one click per day) 
2. You can opt for more selective bidding, resulting in more leads 

Setting a lower budget allows only the right people to find you, instead of paying a lot of money to claw to the top of the page. 

You have other keyphrases that have proven to convert 

After running a campaign for some time, data shows us which keywords perform the best. If an ad doesn’t appear for a specific keyphrase, chances are it hasn’t converted as well as others—and more money is spent on those proven successful keyphrases instead. 

Low search volume 

Sometimes, a keyword has low search volume altogether. In this case, ads are ineligible to be shown until search traffic increases. 

Where did you Google from (physically)?

It could also be a regional issue. If you’re out of town—where your ads are turned off—they won’t appear from a Google search. 

From here, you have a couple options to get to the bottom of why you aren’t seeing your ads: 

1. Check out the “Ad Preview Diagnosis” tool in Google Ads. If an ad isn’t showing, this should tell you why—or, it may tell you that your ad is, in fact, showing up in Google search results, but you just haven’t seen it yet. 
2. Still feeling uneasy? Just reach out. We can give you the reason why you aren’t seeing your ad; but chances are, there is a strategy behind it—and we’re happy to go over it with you. 

Within 10 business days you will have a campaign built for you! (sometimes sooner). 

We will hop on a call to discuss certain things about your school like location, policies, etc. to help optimize your campaign. From there, everything will be hands-off and optimized by me. As management continues, I may ask questions about your location, competition etc. to help continually optimize. We also recommend that your website is well-optimized and that you have the systems or staff to help nurture the leads that come through.

The goal is to have these campaigns working well enough that you want to keep putting more money into them to get even more results. This being said, I can spend some time with you on our initial call to talk about things like your customer lifetime value and margins to help get you a better answer. We normally recommend at least $500 per month in ad spend, so that we can collect data more quickly, but campaigns can still perform with less. There are multiple strategies for smaller budgets that we can discuss on our call(s).

A six-month commitment is required to start. From there, your management will renew monthly.

Yes. Though you won’t need to do anything with monthly management, you will still have access to your accounts for full transparency. This also means that should you stop using our services, you’d still have access to the account.

90 days is the mark where Google tends to have enough data to really take these campaigns to a very optimized level, but depending on ad spend, you can start getting qualified leads within your first month or even week. We can discuss these strategies on our initial call(s).

There are several ways. Firstly, there will be a search term report that shows you which terms people typed into Google before arriving on your site. This will show that the people you want to be there are the ones who are getting there. There are also other ways to track conversions and calls via some code on your website, as well as landing page funnels. Everything will be shown in the reports, and I’m also happy to discuss anything with you.

You will receive a full report each month on your campaigns’ performance. 

This report is not proprietary and is easily reconcilable within your Google Ads account (which you retain full ownership of). 

After you receive the report, we offer a meeting to review all activities in your campaigns, what happened over the last month, what is happening now, and what our plans are for future growth.
