Studio Deep Dive Workshops
This is a special workshop I’ve designed to maximise every second of our time together so you get massive returns on your investment.
This is a highly structured one-on-one workshop that requires a lot of preparation from each of us.
This workshop has 3 parts (listed below) and can used to focus on a couple topics you’d like to focus on, or for a whole studio audit where we systematically talk through every area of your business, from your business model to your budget, marketing plan, team development plan, strategic plan etc etc.
Here’s how the 3 parts of the Deep Dive Workshops are run
1. Pre-meeting Studio Audit
This is a document I will send you in advance to walk through every aspect of your business so we can identify the most crucial areas for us to focus our attention on when we meet one-on-one.
This will usually take someone 1-3hrs to prepare.
You will send the audit back to me and from there I will usually prepare 2 options for potential agendas for our time together meeting. You will review these and make a selection and any changes until you’re happy.
I then load our agenda into my mastermind software and we book in our one-on-one call.
2. One-on-One Advisory Call
We will be using a special mastermind software for our meeting and I will send you an invite in advance to set up your login.
We will have 2.5hours to go through our agenda and will have screen sharing capabilities for all necessary documents.
Our agenda sits on the left hand side of our screen and a pre-set timer and bell keep us on track.
I record the video call for you to download, so you don’t have to stress about taking furious notes and can remain 100% engaged in the conversation.
3. Follow Up
Within 48hrs of the call, I review all our notes and send through any documents, resources or follow up thoughts discussed on the call. You are also provided with the recording of the video call to download and keep.
You can then come back over the next couple days with any follow up questions on the notes and resources etc and I will respond, with a detailed email or video.
